We are located in the University Ridge office park. The address is 1909 J N Pease Pl Ste 104 Charlotte, NC 28262.
We are located on the back side of the building.
*Upon entering the office park, make the second left and our building is the second building on your left.
Our business hours are from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
Why should you use a Notary Public?
A Notary Public is an official of integrity appointed by state government —typically by the secretary of state — to serve the public as an impartial witness in performing a variety of official fraud-deterrent acts related to the signing of important documents. These official acts are called notarizations, or notarial acts.
How does a Notary identify a Signer?
Generally, a Notary will ask to see a current ID that has a photo, physical description and signature. Acceptable IDs usually include a driver’s license or passport.
What happens if my document is missing the notarial language?
Some documents such as written statements may not include the required language needed to complete notarization of a document. However, a notary may not choose or prepare the particular document a customer may need for a transaction. For additional assistance, please contact your attorney or the creator of the document. What Forms of Payment do you accept?
We accept various payment methods including cash, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers.

What is your cancellation policy?
We value your time and understand that circumstances may arise that require appointment cancellations or rescheduling. To ensure a smooth process and to respect the time of both parties, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Notice:
- Please provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your notary appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be in need of our services.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows:
- Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or clients who do not appear for their scheduled appointment without prior notification will be subject to a cancellation fee.

Cancellation Fee:
- A cancellation fee of $25 will be charged for appointments that are canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or for clients who do not show up for their appointment. *This does not apply to loan signings, fees will be accessed seperatly for loan document signings.

How to Cancel or Reschedule:
- To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible via phone or email. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Exceptions:
- We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you have a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation without imposing the cancellation fee.
